The PlanT-CC tool is a decision support system designed to assist farms in their transition toward carbon neutrality by assessing their environmental impact in terms of greenhouse gas emissions (CO₂eq) and mitigation potential through the adoption of sustainable agricultural practices. Additionally, PlanT-CC evaluates the climate suitability of over 100 agricultural and forestry species, supporting policymakers and citizens in adapting to climate change.
The tool is currently available for the Apulia region only.
